REFUND POLICY

  • Customer Service must be contacted within 7 days of receipt.

    Since custom products are made upon the personalized requirements of customer, and engraved as same as what is designed, after receiving the agreement on typography from customer, so returns or exchanges are typically not accepted for the reason of being unexpected or dislike, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

     

    So we are not able to offer warranties for the following problems:

    • Any damage caused by re-inking the stamps with incorrect ink.
    • Typographical errors made by you when entering an order.
    • Sizing errors - either character height or overall size.
  • Returns

    If we do happen to make an error on your order, or if the product is defective in material or workmanship, we will replace the product free of charge or make a full refund.

     

    Please take photo of the issues and send us an email at info@dzdzcrafts.com as soon as possible.

  • Refund (if applicable)

    We will first notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return.

     

    If approved, we will process the your refund, and it will be automatically returned to your credit card or your original payment method within 3 days.

  • Late or missing refund (if applicable)

    First check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. And it may take some time to process the refund.

  • Exchange (if applicable)

    When the stamps are defective or damaged in transit, we only replace items free of charge. Send us an email at info@dzdzcrafts.com for exchange. We will get back to you soon.
