And when your stamps are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification with tracking number via email. Email us at info@dzdzcrafts.com if you don’t receive, we will help you.

Production time:  1-3 business days.

It takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.

Our team will review your submitted design to make sure it is correct and ok to go for production, but if any issue with your design, we will contact you, pls reply us promptly to fix, then the stamp can be produced within the time stated above.

Your stamps are tested before they are shipped to you to make sure the stamps are not damaged or wrongly produced. However, damage may still occur during shipping. Once you receive your order, pls inspect the stamp to make sure it’s not damaged. Pls email us at info@dzdzcrafts.com if any problems with your order.

Cancellation is only available before production. Once it starts, we can’t cancel for you.

Before shipping, you can change your shipping address. So pls reach out us immediately if you need to make a change.
