  • 1. Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes. We ship to most countries. Due to customs reasons, we currently can’t ship to a few countries.

  • 2. How much does shipping cost?

    Free standard shipping to most countries via Registered Airmail. If you need in a rush, pls pay extra cost for expedited shipping.

  • 3. When will my order be shipped?

    All of our products are customized to order. This will take 1 - 4 business days to produce after your design is confirmed ok to produce. It is estimated timeline for most time. But we can’t guarantee for weather or high volume.

  • 4. Do you ship to P.O boxes?

    At this moment, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • 5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    You can check our shipping information page to see estimated delivery timelines. Delays may occur due to order volume, climate change, etc.

  • 6. Will I be charged duties or customs?

    We are located in China. At checkout page, the duties or taxes charged at your country’s importation will not be displayed. All duties & taxes are the responsibility of the recipient based on your country’s customs.

  • 7. Where does my order ship from?

    All orders ship from our company in Shenzhen city, China.

  • 8. What is your return policy?

    Since custom products are made upon the personalized requirements of customer, and engraved as same as what is designed, after receiving the agreement on typography from customer, so returns or exchanges are typically not accepted for the reason of being unexpected or dislike, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please take photo of the issues and send us an email at info@dzdzcrafts.com as soon as possible.

  • 1. What payments do you accept?

    Paypal, and most credit cards. And please confirm your preferred shipping address before making payment through Paypal, since it is a default behavior of Paypal.

  • 2. Can I change my order, change address or cancel it?

    Changes or cancellation is only available before production. Once it starts, we can’t cancel for you.

     

    And before shipping, you can change your shipping address. So pls reach out us immediately if you need to make a change.

  • 3. Can I expedite my order?

    We are not offering a rush service. Cos when we receive the order, we will start the handling process a.s.a.p. If you are in a rush, you can pay extra cost for expedited shipping service, that really helps you to receive faster than standard shipping service.

  • 4. How do I check my order status?

    Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a link of tracking number to your order status page. From there you can track your order.

  • 5. My tracking information isn’t updating?

    It generally takes 1 or 2 days for our shipping carriers to update tracking information. Pls contact us if your order status has not changed to “Picked up” within 2 days.

  • 6. It says “ Delivered”, but I didn’t receive it.

    Pls check your mailbox, or check with your family, or neighbors if any other received it. Or sometimes carriers may make order delivered before the order has been dropped off. You can also check with the carrier or contact us to check.

  • 7. I am missing items or receiving wrong items from my order, what can I do?

    We are very sorry items missing or wrong from your order. Pls contact us to let us solve for you.

  • 8. I received a damaged item.

    Quite sorry you received damaged item, pls contact us, we are here to solve for you.
